We value the trust you place in us when you provide the required personal information to complete your sale and will not share any personal information with third parties.

Warranty
All items are warranted against manufacturer's defects for 30 days. As long as you send the defective merchandise back to us in its original packaging, we will replace any defective merchandise up to 30 days after the purchase date. Defective merchandise will be exchanged with the same merchandise, subject to in-stock availability. Please note, you still need to contact us at info@AncientWorldGifts.com to receive an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
 

Sales Tax
Sales tax is not charged on any orders, except for those shipping to California (not billing address, but ship-to address).  As we are a California company, we are required by law to charge sales tax to in-state (California) deliveries. 

Returns/Exchanges
We want you to have a satisfied experience with our company and products.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, simply contact our staff at any time to resolve the issue.

To ensure the safety and health of our customers we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk.  If the item has NOT been opened you can return this item for in-store credit or your money back within fifteen (15) days of purchase. For sanitary purposes, once the package seal has been opened/broken we may not be able accept the gift set back. If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us at info@ancientworldgifts.com within fifteen (15) days of receipt. You will need a RMA number before shipping the item back to us. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. Returns may also be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping to us is paid at your own expense.

Gift Item Substitutions
Due to inventory fluctuations, individual items in a gift set package may be substituted for similar items of comparable or better quality and value.  We will maintain the thematic integrity of any gift set at all times.
